On Disney’s Hannah Montana, Cody Linley plays Miley’s boyfriend – but it seems in real life Cody is nothing like his on screen character.

Cody is one of the semi-finalists on ABC’s show Dancing With the Stars, and he has been acting up on set! Star magazine reports that the 18-year old actor has been drinking, and “butt-grabbing” while out with his friends from the show.

Recently Cody got sick from drinking too much and was shuffled out of a party into a producer’s car.

Remeber when just a few months ago Miley was at his house late at night? Hope they weren’t getting into too much trouble!
