The problem is that children are getting a highly unrealistic idea of what life is like, and are forming absurd expectations for themselves as far as appearances and accomplishments go. The chances of any one person becoming a "secret pop star," or achieving any kind of fame at all are ridiculously small. Worse yet, what will these kids do when they hit 16 years of age and haven't yet become world-wide sensations? Or when they get acne, or gain weight? Hannah Montana is bad for children because it gives the impression that the normal ups and downs of life aren't normal. It's not that "hannah montana suxx."
