The Organization of Chinese Americans is still mad at Miley Cyrus for her offensive picture. The organization did not think her apology was heart-felt and is demanding more.
Executive Director of the OCA, George Wu, said, “It’s not a real apology. We’re not backing down without a fuller apology.”
