Lucie J. Kim, a woman from Los Angeles, California, is suing Miley Cyrus over the racist photograph from earlier this month. She is asking for over $4 Billion!
Lucie is stating that she represents over 1 Million people of Acian Pacific Islander decent in the LA area, each of whom are victims of Miley’s “discriminatory acts.”
