When Obama got into office, his daughters got a surprise from the Jonas Brothers. Well, now it looks like Disney is giving them more!
Miley Cyrus has been invited to screen her upcoming film Hannah Montana: The Movie for Sasha and Malia Obama. Those are two lucky ladies!
Margaret Cho, who is a Korean American comedian, has written a song about her feelings on Miley and her racist picture:
Miley Cyrus made some chinky eyes
Standing behind an Asian guy
I don’t know if this should fly
As if there wasn’t enough to despise
I wasn’t necessarily a fan of
Her, her dad, or Hannah Montana
I tend to prefer the songs of Rihanna
Racism against Asians is simply bananas!
Oh Miley!
Chinky eyes make you look wily
prejudice isn’t thought of so highly
it doesn’t make us all smiley
Why is there nothing that Asians can do?
To make fun of other races as easily as you
Why isn’t racism against Asians taboo?
Why are we always so racially screwed!
All you have to do is pull at your face
To make your eyelids resemble our race
This kind of joke has no proper place
Miley Cyrus is a disgrace!
Here is the music video for Miley’s The Climb. We don’t mind the song, but we do think the video is a bit boring. How do you feel?
It has been circulating that Miley’s younger sister Noah would be taking her place in the Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana. But according to Miley herself, as much as 9-year-old Noah enjoys guest starring on the show, and Hannah Montana’s blond wig, Miley is not ready to ditch the role yet.
Would you all still watch it if Noah played Hannah Montana instead of Miley?
Miley finally truly apologizes for the racist pictures on her blog:
“I want to thank all of my fans for their support not only this week, but always! I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone. I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometime my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GODs ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be. Peace and love, Miles”
