Miley’s boyfriend, Justin, appears on the new issue of Electric Youth (EY!). The magazine has been referred to as a “homo-erotic Tiger Beat.” The magazine article about the model strictly calls him Miley’s “best friend.”

We can’t say this is the most attractive picture of Justin but at least he looks younger than normal.
