Demi Lovato will be starring as Mitchie Torres in Disney’s Camp Rock 2. Not yet in production, Demi opened up about her excitement to begin the filming process.
As for her character, Demi said, “I’d like her to stay the same, maybe a little more true to herself. I guess funnier.”
Although, like us, Demi is in the dark about what the movie will be about, “I haven’t seen the script yet. I know just as much as you do, and I don’t even know when I’m filming it other than this fall.” Rumor has it that Camp Rock 2 will actually begin production this upcoming Spring 2009.
Demi will be joined by the main cast from the original Camp Rock including Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, and even their youngest brother, the Bonus Jonas, Frankie is rumored to make an appearance.
