Our favorite Miss Miley decided she was privileged enough to park in a handicap spot. It’s a good thing no one who really was handicapped came by and tried to park. Would it have killed her to walk a little bit further from another parking spot? Maybe she exerted herself too much running in her tight jean shorts the other day.

And PS – how terrible a driver is she! She can’t get her short car out of that spot without it taking forever!? Her boyfriend is a million years older than her, shouldn’t he be driving instead? Especially if theirs photogs around? Just trying to keep our Miley safe.
