It is being rumored that Zac Efron is not going to be doing the remake of the 1984 Cult Classic Footloose which starred Kevin Bacon. From what we hear Zac is saying that he wants to pursue more Comedic and Dramatic roles and that he doesn’t want to do another Musical Movie. Zac just starred in “17 Again” where he played a grown man who gets the chance to be 17 again, and see what he would do differently. We know that Zac isn’t going to be apart of High School Musical 4, but if this is true maybe he liked the attention he received after all those 17 Again Movie Premieres. We loved the original Footloose so if Zac doesn’t want to do it, maybe the script wasn’t very good!
