Miley Cyrus appeared on the Spanish television show El Horminguero yesterday afternoon. The TV show’s host brought a horse on stage that he had inherited from his family but that he could not keep : ( well, we all know Miss Miley, so it wont come as a shock that the pop star decided to take home the young horse! Now Miss Miley has a horse from Spain named Princessa.
Miley’s daddy Billy Ray Cyrus also appeared on the show to perform his famous Achy Breaky Heart in both Spanish and English. Sounds like a lot of fun!
Miley Cyrus had some age-old advice for the lovely, although not politically correct Miss California. Miley and celebrity-expert Perez Hilton spoke over Twitter yesterday and the conversation went like this:
Miley: I believe that EVERYONE deserves to be happy. That’s all I’m saying 
Perez: A lot of controversy over your answer, which is silly. I think you answered the question better than Miss California!
Miley: What was her answer??? Cause what I said is the truth. Everyone deserves to love and be loved and most importantly smile 
Miley: Thx! U know what I get crap for whatever I do but you asked me an honest question and I gave an honest answer! So whatevs!!!
Perez: I’m sad that people use God and religion as an excuse 2 hate, discriminate and deny gays & lesbians full equality under the law.
Miley: Ya that’s lame! God’s greatest commandment is to love. And judging is not loving. That’s why Christians have such a bad rep.
Miley: Jesus loves you AND your partner and wants you to know how much he cares! thats like a daddy not loving his lil boy cuz hes gay
Miley: And that is WRONG and very sad! like i said everyone deserves to be happy
Miley: I am a christian and i love you – gay or not. BECAUSE you are no different that anyone else! we are all gods children!
Perez: Wow. Wow. Wow. I’m still shocked. Last time you were a bit vague. But, now. Wow. You have no idea how much GOOD you have done.
Perez: You have millions and millions of gay and lesbian teen fans, and I am sure they THANK YOU. As do I!
Perez: You’ve just shown that you would make a great Miss USA! That’s someone who loves and represents ALL Americans. Thank you!!!
Switchfoot released this video yesterday calling to the JoBros for help. The guys from the band Switchfoot want Nick, Joe and Kevin to help with the Invisible Children event on Saturday. The event is to raise awareness about the abduction of children in Uganda.
Thousands of participants are expected to gather in cities around the world to symbolically abduct themselves to free the abducted children.
We hope the JB’s come out for this. Will you?
Lucas Till got all dolled up for Taylor Swift’s new music video for the song “You Belong With Me.” On his MySpace Lucas let all his fans know, “I went to Hendersonville, TN last week, were i may or may not have been shooting a music video for Taylor Swift. I may or may not play the ‘main guy’ in the video and he may or may not the captain of the football team. Seriously it was awesome to shoot the video, we had a lot of fun. We shoot at a local high school and the school’s football team (+ me), cheerleaders and the marching band were involved and we even had a prom scene which was awesome because I never got to go to my own prom last year because I was shooting Hannah Montana: The Movie around that time. I cant wait for you all to see the video. Hope you like it.”

As we reported earlier today, Vanessa Hudgens will be staring in the CBS-made movie Beastly – a modern day Beauty and the Beast story. Vanessa will play the role of Beauty, and it looks like movie-execs may have found her Beast. It is rumored that current Burberry spokesman Alex Pettyfer might act alongside Vanessa in the film.
Alex is 19 years old and most recently starred alongside Emma Roberts in the movie Wild Child.
The movie will be directed by Daniel Barnz and is based on the adult novel by Alex Finn.
