Brenda does Bikram Yoga three days a week and then heads to the gym only a couple days a week with her brother. On the weekends she meets up with her mom for another session of Yoga: “My mom and I make a whole day out of it. We have class, and then we eat, and then we do ice cream, always.” We like the sound of that!
