Early last month Vanessa Hudgens attended a court hearing where she was charged by her former manager, Johnny Vieira, of backing out of a deal she made with him when she was under the age of 18. Vanessa had not planned on shooting to stardom so quickly in High School Musical and had signed a contract with Johnny to give him more of her money than she wanted to after she made the big bucks from Disney.

Last month in court the judge threw out all but one of Johnny’s claims, which made settling the argument in court this month much easier for Vanessa.

The case has been dropped as the two have settled out of court. No one knows how much Vanessa had to pay Johnny, but we’re sure it was quite a bit. As it was, her ex-manager was asking for $5 million!
