Disney’s new television channel Disney XD has just renewed it’s hit live-action adventure show Aaron Stone, starring Kelly Blatz, for a second season. In addition, Disney XD has picked up a new comedy show called Viper Slap.

Viper Slap is about a teen boy (played by Logan Miller) who is the lead guitarist of his favorite 80s rock band and trying to make them popular again. Disney XD is aimed at male teens, so Disney keeps trying to pick up shows that will appeal to that demographic. Rumor is that Viper Slap is similar to Hannah Montana, but with more “guy” comedy. Production for the show will begin in July, while the second season of Aaron Stone will begin production in June.
