Miley made very clear a couple weeks ago on her Twitter that she could still love Nick Jonas even after they had broken up, and that she could love other people at the same time. But did she ever really, truly make clear that she still loved Justin? The two have been spotted out and about recently, but not the normal, out to dinner pictures we normally see of them. Instead they have been photographed within the last week having what looks to be serious conversation, and neither of them look overwhelmingly happy. But, Miley did just go away to promote Hannah Montana: The Movie, leaving Justin in the US to sulk by himself – which could have started causing problems.

Although, if we were Justin we would do everything we could to keep Miss Miley. Yea, so he might be an underwear model, but honestly, who is he celebrity-wise if he doesn’t have Miley on his arm? Not so much of anybody. And from what we have gathered so far about Justin, we think that he’s out for the fame, so we wouldn’t get why he would be trying to jeopardize that rather than do everything in his power to fix his relationship with Miley.

Don’t get us wrong, we think they make a cute couple, and we think Miley really did love / still loves him. But he just seems like he wants something else from her besides to spend quality time with her. Nobody had ever heard of Justin before he started dating Miley, and now he’s landed himself a job on a television show and gotten himself on the cover of magazines. Rumor also has it that Miley’s dad Billy Ray Cyrus has taken Justin under his wing and is working to get him a music deal.

And with Billy Ray Cyrus is where the problem lands. The current rumor is that Billy Ray is keeping Miley from breaking up with Justin, even though in her heart that’s what she wants to do.

In a lot of aspects, Billy Ray and Justin are a lot alike. With similar mannerisms and aspirations the two make the perfect duo. Billy Ray sees that if he keeps trying to turn Justin into a big star he needs to have Miley standing by his side, however Miss Miley sees that her career is transitioning from movies aimed at tweens and teens to more mature roles as well as a more mature singing career and she doesn’t want to be held back by Justin.

An insider said, “She has a nagging feeling that Justin is trying to ride her coattails to success and she resents that.” That insider also made very clear that “It’s finally dawning on her that she’s young, rich and famous – and she can have any guy she’s interested in.”

But Billy Ray thinks that Miley will “regret” dumping Justin down the road. But maybe that will just be because she will have to deal with her fathers wrath when Justin’s career tanks after he loses Miley.

Oh yea, and don’t forget that Justin lives part time at the Cyrus residence. He does have his own apartment, which he has been spending more time at lately, but before Miley went away on her promotion tour he spent the majority of his time at her house, hanging out with her family, especially Billy Ray.
