The Social Security Department has just released the list of top baby names from 2008. Topping the list was the boys name Jacob and the girls name Emma. But exciting news for Miss Miley Cyrus is that Miley was one of the fastest growing names on the list last year. So even though it’s just her nickname (Miley’s real name is Destiny Hope Cyrus), it’s still something she should be really proud of!
