“The Suite Life On Deck” star Debby Ryan celebrated her Sweet 16 birthday party on May 13! A few days later she had her birthday party bash along with many of her closest friends and fellow Disney cast-mates. Check out the exclusive video above which shows Debby just an hour before her party was about to start! She decided to have a masquerade party this year, so everyone wore pretty dresses and fancy masks – at least for part of the party before everyone took their masks off!
