It has just been announced that Mary-Kate Olsen will join the cast of “Beastly” alongside Vanessa and co-star Alex Pettyfer.

Mary-Kate will be playing the character Kendra who places a curse on Alex’s character to transform him into a person he despises. The reason for the transformation? Mary-Kate’s character was supposed to go on a date with Alex, but he ditched on her!
