Behind The Scenes Of The Jonas Brothers World Tour

Today is the Jonas Brothers last day rehearsing at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, where they have been practicing for about two weeks for their soon-to-begin World Tour. Their first show is at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on June 20, 2009.

This year the Jonas Brothers have done something very special for their concert, “We wanted a great way for everyone to have a front-row seat,” Kevin says, referring to the JB’s new in-the-round stage setup, “In the audience, you only are 30 to 90 feet away from us at any point.” Wow! The stage and all of the JoBros equipment takes 19 trucks to bring it where it needs to go! And that’s DOUBLE the amount of trucks they needed for their tour last year!

In terms of the stage area, Nick says, “Putting this show together is so much different than anything we’ve ever done before. You really have to think about all the ground you have to cover. We tried to add some musicians, some horn players and some string players, just to fill in the space, and fill in the sound as well.” He says “some” horn players, but they have a four-piece horn players group along with them, which is crazy cool!

As you saw in the most recent music video released from the Jonas Brothers for their song “Fly With Me,” the JoBros rehearsal venue, the American Airlines Center, is full of all sorts of things for the JBs to play around with when they take a break from practicing, from a ping pong table to baseball gloves and bikes, a trampoline and tumbling mat.

Oh, and we forgot to mention, there will be all sorts of fun and exciting surprises during the concert which the Jonas Brothers wont come out and talk about quite yet! Kevin says, “We really tried to step it up this time. You might have to come more than once to see it all because you might not catch it all.”
