Miley Cyrus gave some local diners a great surprise in Savannah, Georgia recently when she decided to get up on stage at a local restaurant called Sting Rays on Tybee Island.
She actually sang a song that she had written down on a piece of paper she pulled out of her pocket. The song was about a break up (gee, wonder who it was about) and the locals said she did a great job singing and playing the guitar with a local musician named Jason Courtney.
