Justin Gaston Loses Miley Cyrus And Gets Sued All In The Same Week
Ok, we’re not the hugest fans of Justin Gaston’s, but seriously this guy can’t catch a break! First he loses his girlfriend of 9 months, Miley Cyrus, and now he’s getting sued.
Yet again, remember back to that picture that Miley took where she squinted her eyes and it offended Asian activists? Well, turns out she’s sitting on Justin’s lap, and because Justin is considered an adult, while Miss Miley is still considered a minor the blame now falls on him. Well, the blame falls on him right now…mainly because the women suing, Lucie Kim, lost the battle against Miley. I fact, Miley is now suing Lucie for the money it cost her to go to court over the matter.
But, if Miley wins that money back chances are she’s just going to have to fork it over to Justin, who you know doesn’t have enough money to go to court against Lucie for this picture. Lucie and her lawyers are claiming that because Miley’s parents let Miley out of their site in the company of Justin they therefore gave him the authority to “supervise, manage, guard, and oversee [Miley's] conduct whie in [his] presence.”
Sorry, but that sounds crazy to us! Is it just us or does it seem like Lucie is out for the money at this point? She already got her point across that the picture offended her and others, Miley already apologized, and Justin isn’t even connected to Miley anymore! And he doesn’t have any money! We’re so confused why she’s doing this now and didn’t just sue them both in the beginning if that was her plan all along.
Oh and did we mention that the original claim Lucie made was for $4 Billion…does she really think Justin has that kind of money? We hate to be the ones to tell her, but there’s no way he does!
