Hollywood hottie Alex Pettyfer plays the Beast, named Kyle Kingson, in the movie “Beastly.” His character in the film is extremely mean and mocks and humiliates his classmates. Mary-Kate Olsen’s character, Kendra, is invited to a party with Kyle and, as always, he blows her off, but he doesn’t realize who he is messing with! She casts a spell on him that transforms him into everything he hates. Once he looks in a mirror and sees what he looks like he tries to talk to Kendra and she tells him that the only way he can break the curse is to find someone who will love him the way he looks now – something he thinks is completely impossible.
Kyle’s father banishes him away from the home where Kyle thinks he is out of luck forever. But just then he runs into a drug addict who he promises freedom and safety for his daughter, who is played by Vanessa Hudgens, if she promises to live with him. Vanessa’s character Lindy starts living her life with Kyle and their love begin to grow.
Watch for “Beastly” to hit theaters on July 30, 2010.

Check out the sneak peek above of the movie “Beastly,” which stars one of our favorite Disney stars Vanessa Hudgens. Vanessa admits in the video that she hasn’t even seen her co-star, Alex Pettyfer, in his beast state yet because the movie producers want her reaction to be genuine when she does see him during the filming – awesome!
At least it looks like we’ll get some real emotion from this movie! According to Vanessa it also sounds like the Beauty character is beautiful in her own way, and is not the stereotypical beauty character that most people probably think of when they hear about the film.

In a recent interview Mitchel Musso dished about how he thought it would be “weird” for fellow Disney celebrity Demi Lovato to date Miley Cyrus’ older brother Trace Cyrus.
A few weeks ago Mitchel also told anyone who would listen that he thought Miley’s relationship with her ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston wasn’t positive because of their large age difference.
Well it looks like Demi is a bit upset, but taking it well. She wrote on her Twitter late last week: “Try talking about yourself in interviews, not other people’s personal lives. Thanks. 
”

The first half of Demi Lovato’s summer tour will be opened by the group KSM and then the following act will be David Archuleta. KSM will be on tour with Demi for 22 shows.
Earlier this year KSM opened for the Jonas Brothers and Honor Society and ever since then the group has been gaining momentum in the music world. Check out their hit single “Distracted” above. Distracted was the first single from the group that hit the Radio Disney airwaves. The song was written and produced by Robbie Nevil and Matthew Gerrard who wrote songs for Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Hilary Duff, and Jesse MccArtney.
The group KSM is also responsible for the remake of the song “I Want You to Want Me,” which will be the intro for the new ABC Family original series “10 Things I Hate About You” which premieres on July 7 at 8PM ET/PT.
