We knew Mary-Kate’s character was going to be “witch-like,” but we didn’t think they meant she would actually be dressed up as a witch! We thought this was supposed to be set in modern times, now we’re really confused. They started filming two days ago and should be wrapping up filming by the end of summer.

There are rumors flying that Miss Miley Cyrus might have been the reason Hannah Montana is coming back for a forth season. No one seems to be sure if Miley’s contract said she had to do another season or if she decided to do so out of the kindness of her heart.
Everyone knows that Miss Miley and her Daddy Billy Ray Cyrus had tried to leave halfway through Season 3 of the Disney Channel Original Series “Hannah Montana” because they can make more money singing than acting on a television show, but their contract forced them to stay on the set and finish filming the season.
Yet again Billy Ray is talking his mouth to the media and says he gives “a lot of credit to Miley for taking it another year. She didn’t want it to just end with whatever was the last episode we did. She wanted it to build to where there’s a moral to the story, to where it doesn’t just end and go away and that’s it. She wanted there to be an official ending to Hannah Montana.”
But it sounds like Billy Ray might be wrong because a source from Disney said that Miley had already signed on for a fourth season and couldn’t go back on the agreement. Hmm who’s telling the truth?
Miley Cyrus is still spending time in court over her “racist” photo where she pulled at the corner of her eyes in an “Asian-inspired gesture,” well, at least her management is.
Lucie Kim filed a case agaisnt Miley on behalf of Los Angeles’ Asian Citizens, claiming that Miss Miley was mocking individuals of Asian descent which caused them emotional distress. However, Lucie was told by a judge at the Los Angeles Superior Court that her case had little merit and should be dropped.
Currently, Team Miley is asking the court to award the pop star almost $60,000 to reimburse her for her court fees.
One of the reasons the case could not be held up in court is because Lucie was suing Miley as a “Business Establishment,” which it can not be proved that Miss Miley is.
