Ever since Vanessa Hudgens made it clear that she is not planning on doing any more musicals she is hoping that people begin to take her and her roles more seriously. And what roles does Vanessa hope to play in the future? Well, for starters, she has a desire to play Catwoman.
Vanessa admitted, “Honestly, when I was a kid, one of the reasons my parents realized I loved showbiz was because I dressed up every single day in my Catwoman costume…So maybe someday, down the line… I could play Catwoman.”
Currently, Vanessa is busy in Canada filming “Beastly,” and then from there she will begin filming “Sucker Punch.”
Would you like to see Vanessa portray Catwoman, or do you think she should stick to romantic movies?

Tiger Beat Magazine recently sat down to chat with Taylor Swift and found out how she and Kellie Pickler became the great friends that they are. Taylor revealed, “Kellie and I met and got to know each other on the Brad Paisley tour. I was 17 and she was 20, and we were both on our first albums and one of our first tours. The way that the Paisley tour worked was that he had three opening acts, and it would alternate in rotation every night. One of us would go on first, one of us would go on last. So, one of the first things that bonded us was she got a kitten — the cat that she has now, Pickles — and she needed someone to look after her kitten when she would go on to play. She would leave the kitten with me or my mom. Then we started hanging out all the time, talking about boys, and just became fast friends.”
Aww, they bonded over a kitty – that is the cutest story ever! Who do you like best, Taylor or Kellie?

Vanessa Hudgens’ favorite genre of movies is…horror! Who would have guessed! But it doesn’t sound like Vanessa has been able to watch many horror movies lately now that she is settled into her new, huge, home all by herself. She said in a recent interview, “I love scary movies but recently, not so much. I live by myself now so if I watched a scary film I would not be able to go to sleep. So I need to have someone there with me.”
We wonder if Vanessa’s boyfriend Zac Efron likes scary movies as much as she does and if he spends the nights watching them with her? What do you think?

Nick Jonas met with Congress in the United States yesterday to speak on behalf of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and talked about the need for federal funding for Type 1 Diabetes. He even said, “My life depends on it. All our lives depend on it.”
Nick also told the committee about traveling with the Jonas Brothers on tour and the hardship he is caused by living with Type 1 Diabetes. He also took the time to quote from a popular JoBro song, “A Little Bit Longer,” saying “With the help of Congress, I’ll only have to wait a little bit longer for a cure.”
Rumor has it that Nick brought out a packed courtroom, with numerous media and fans lining the walls to get a look at him during his speech. Even if Congress does not approve the bill to fund research for Type 1 Diabetes, Nick Jonas is still doing his part to raise awareness for the illness and we commend him for that.
