Looks like Disney is making it pretty clear that there will not be a Camp Rock 3 by titling the greatly anticipated sequel to Camp Rock, “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.”
Set to air as a Disney Channel Original Movie in 2010, Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers (Nick, Joe, Kevin and younger brother Frankie) will begin filming later this summer.
Other returning actors include Meaghan Martin, Alyson Stoner and Maria Canals-Barrera, alongside newcomers hip hop artist Matthew “Mdot” Finley and classical pianist Chloe Bridges, the daughter of Camp Star’s owner. Mdot’s character is the champion singer of the camp across the lake, Camp Star, who challenges the Camp Rock crew to a talent showdown. And it turns out Mdot isn’t the only person that those at Camp Rock will learn about, some of their own members have jumped over to the dark side by attending Camp Star this summer instead – yikes!
Looks like it’s Nick’s time for a love interest in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (Joe had his turn last time and Kevin is getting his turn in real life). Nick falls for Chloe Bridges character, Dana, and has to decide what to do since she is a member of the rival camp.
The Disney Channel Original Movie has a new writer and a new director – so we can’t wait to see what they come up with! Are you excited for the film?

I like to see camp rock 2.The songs in camp rock are great.But the most beautiful song is ”Gotta find you” from Joe Jonas.Nick Jonas is my favourite acter,and he is the most beautiful.
I can’t wait to see camp rock 2: the final jam when it starts this summer on disney channel and I hope that shane & mitchie have their first kiss in the movie because I hope that the new songs from the camp rock 2: the final jam soundtrack will have better music than the first camp rock soundtrack that they ever made so I am getting already to see camp rock 2: the final jam with all the characters in the movie and also the new music video from the movie can’t back down that is a good music video
