Ashley’s boyfriend Scott Speer and Ashley’s mom went with her to the Shamrock Tattoo shop in Hollywood, California.

Ughhh this has me so disgusted! Why are all these disney girls getting tattoos! Its so trashy and shouldn’t be allowed, in their contracts.
