The movie Sucker Punch focuses on the lead character, a girl who has been put into a mental institution by her evil stepfather. In order to deal with where she is she enters a journey into an alternative reality where she meets some of the characters she has dreamed up to help her escape from the institute.
Actresses who are reported to be in the film include Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Evan Rachel Wood, Emma Stone and Abbie Cornish.
Vanessa says about the film that, “It’s very much an ensemble piece. It’s these five girls in this crazy fantasy land, but I don’t know honestly. I read the script and I have talked to Zack (the producer) a little bit, but haven’t really had any rehearsals or anything for it.”
Hopefully Vanessa starts rehearsing soon – the filming begins in September!
Rumor has it that Vanessa is going to have an insane outfit for the film since it is set in an alternative reality and imagination can soar! She will also carry weapons as her character in the movie – yikes!
