I guess this just shows how much of an expert the author is of track and field. Plus I've seen some of the pictures, and his form for hurdles was okay, not great or even average for competitive hurdlers (I hurdled myself so I would know) and whatever he was doing for high jump did not look like high jump. I'm doing this not to critique him, since he's not training for track and field, he's just an actor. But rather to criticize the author for pretending they are qualified to evaluate skill in track.
