The last time Disney raised its prices for park admission was August 2008, and a year later it looks like they’re at it again.
Starting this week a one-day, one-park adult ticket is increasing from $75 to $79 while a childs price is moving up from $63 to $68. Prices will also rise for multiday ticket packages.
Does this make a difference for your plans to visit the Disney parks?

Honestly, my family doesn’t do Disney parks anymore, period.
It’s mainly just the fact that most rides at Disney parks are more for kids, whereas parks like Universal & Busch Gardens are more suited for adults.
But the price is definitely another huge factor.
Whereas it’d cost us almost $80 per person for one day at Disney, we went to Busch Gardens for $70 in May and got passes to return the rest of the year for free.
