Vanessa Hudgens has revealed that she isn’t under a lot of pressure to be thin. Even if she does get pressure from the media and from her fans to lose weight, the only reason she is caught working out is to maintain a healthy lifestyle for herself.

She says, “I want to keep in shape because I want to, for me. I’d rather start working out now than in 30 years, when it’s too late. It’s nice to be healthy!”

And her words of encouragement for other girls are, “You just have to know that you’re blessed with whatever you have, and not waste time being down on yourself! You have to work it!”
