The Friends For Change song titled “Send It On” will be premiering this Friday, August 7th on Radio Disney! We have been waiting forever for this song!
This means that the music video will probably also premiere this weekend on the Disney Channel – but no word on that yet.
The song will air on Radio Disney Friday at 4PM PST / 7PM EST. Will you be tuning in?
