Last night Selena Gomez took to Twitter to let all her fans know that she was sifting through old memories. She Tweeted: “Pulled the ‘box of memories’ from under my bed out and now going through it…… Wow.”
Just a bit later Selena’s current BFF Taylor Swift responded to her saying: “I know what’s in that box. Put the box AWAY.”
So what do you think was in the box? We’re betting some of it had to do with Selena’s past relationships. So far we know she has dated Nick Jonas and Taylor Lautner – both of which didn’t end in Selena’s favor.
As we mentioned yesterday, it must have been really hard for Selena to be at the music video filming for the new Disney’s Friends For Change campaign song “Send It On,” because Nick was there as well as his other ex / new girlfriend Miley Cyrus. Maybe hearing the song on the Radio triggered a lot of memories for Selena and she felt compelled to open up her box of memories…
The box most likely had a lot of memorabilia from her relationship with ex BFF Demi Lovato. The two don’t talk over Twitter at all anymore, unless to wish each other luck on a big project. And while many of you think there are other ways to talk other than Twitter, Demi sure talks to Miley a lot over Twitter and we’re guessing they are currently BFFs instead.

this article doesn’t make sense at all. no offense. but I mean, why does the box HAVE to have something about ‘ex-relationships’ in it? btw I thought Selena never dated Taylor Lautner…?
also Selena and Demi are still best friends…they tweet sometimes but twitter isn’t the only thing. If Demi texed Selena more than Miley it doesn’t mean they’re in a fight!

Demi told me that the song “Solo” is the one about the “large Orange man in Hollywood who thinks he’s all that” and RUMORS are that Large orange man is TAYLOR LAUTNER. Which, if true, means the line “Why dont you stick to acting” would be about Selena.
Why does everyone have to bother celebs? They are just people who act on TV. Not much of a big deal…plus they are bothered by like soooo many people….idk why I’m on this site anyway…
Didn’t get this either but Selena and Demi need to be BFFs! They are like my favorite actors and they make cute friends! They have know each other way more than they have know like Taylor and Miley! So….. They do good with each other!
Hmm, box of memories.. I should try that. I thought the relationship between Nick & Selena never happened? Im not sure if Demi & Selena are still BFF’s but, I would rather have them than Demi & Miley. I wouldn’t be surprised if them not being BFF’s would have something to do with Miley. She wants everybody on her side, & I guess that’s what she’s getting.
First, I love the new formatting of the website! It looks phenomenal – sleek and hip.
Second, since you asked what we think, I think that (some) teen celebs are getting wise to the fact that Twitter, while addictive and kind of fun, is maybe not the best way for them to talk about their business with each other b/c literally the whole world is watching. Some celebs are naturally drama queens (I’d add kings here, but with the exception of Justin Gaston, I think this is mostly a girl thing). Some naturally want to be in the news all the time, or be talked about all the time. Many don’t, but enough do.
Now these celebs are sometimes good at disguising to some extent what they mean when they tweet (for all we know, Selena’s box of memories could have as much to do with her family and/or non-famous friends as it could with Nick J/Miley/Demi). But they realize that they’re putting it out there for everyone to see and so I have to wonder if they’re not doing it with the intent of causing speculation (pretty much all of Miley’s tweets make me wonder this).
I agree that Selena and Miley do not appear to be friends (were they ever friends?). I didn’t want to believe that Selena and Demi weren’t friends anymore, and I don’t know if I want to go that far still. I think true BFFs wouldn’t need Twitter to communicate, though Demi and Miley do appear to be getting closer I don’t think that means Selena and Demi have called it quits. Demi is in the unfortunate position of being friends with 2 people who don’t get along, but neither of those 2 people have asked her to choose between them (so far as we know…again, we only know and can only speculate based on what they tell us). Do I think Selena is still pining over Nick Jonas? Probably not. Do I think Selena is still pining over Taylor Lautner? Maybe, maybe not. I just think that it’s hard to tell and drawing huge conclusions from tiny little tweets is problematic.
Selena and Demi are still friends and they like Miley aswell and Taylor is there friend aswell! Wow some people write stupid stuff!

Honestly I think everyone should stop getting into their business,I mean first of all there are other ways to communicate besides Twitter like face book myspace texting calling etc. So just because they don’t talk on Twitter anymore doesn’t mean that they’re not BFF’s anymore. Even if they weren’t which don’t get me wrong would be very devastating to hear it’s not really any of our business considering the fact that that’s a personal choice they made for themselves and of course as a fan I would try to get them to become friends again as much as possible but in the end if they still don’t want to that’s their decision. OKAY!?
i personally think this “selena and demi are not friends anymore” is total and utter crap. maybe they don’t talk or hang out because they have conflicting schedules and stuff getting in the way. they may not be as super-duper close as they used to, but think of what they’ve been through together: THEIR WHOLE LIVES! they met on barney, became friends on barney, went to the same school. when demi was bullied, selena stood up for her and they ended up being homeschooled together.
so think about it. put yourself and you best friend in their situation. they might not be as close as they used to, but they’re not gonna just drop it like that. but hey, i don’t know. i’m just using my senses. someone needs to just up and ask them.
Taylor needs to cut it OUT. Lately she’s been being a jerkhead, and pulling Demi away from Selena won’t do any good. C’mon; She’s practically a Mary-Sue to all of you… someone who everybody loves. Taylor needs to back off; I’ve had personal experience, and poor Demi… everything is just wrong! She’s talking to MILEY now? And that pic of Selena and Taylor making that heart is SICKENING. Maybe Taylor is making a joke cause inside the box an embarrassing picture or her or note from her or something. It doesn’t have to be bad. And why are you speculating about what triggered Selena to open the box anyway, because hearing Send It On on the Radio is a stupid reason, because Send it On is NEVER on the radio. Except for maybe RadioDisney, but why would Selena Gomez listen to her own station. They all do these things like not giving the public a straight answer about whether they are in a relationship or “dating” other Disney stars for publicity. They are all extremely arrogant people that feel that people who don’t even know them care enough about their life to read articles like these. If they didn’t think that people cared that much, they wouldn’t rely solely on articles like this one to fuel their career and would actually talk to their fans and give them straight answers. The evidence is in their Twitter Pages. When Nick Jonas states he is in the airport, eleven year old girls all over the world are sent into a frenzy. That’s pretty sad, but the true problem is that he knows that these little girls eat up this single Twitter post and he uses this to his advantage. He manipulates them to keep wanting more information, more Nick Jonas increasing his popularity and, hence, his career success. Disney Stars are especially skilled at this sort of manipulation, because they can associate themselves with other popular Disney stars, increasing the amount of people that want information about that association. Ever wonder why celebrities who marry non-famous people are not in the tabloids as much as famous couples are? Seriously, stop trying to speculate, because you are never going to get a straight answer and chances are you never will. You are just fueling the careers of these attention hungry stars.

I like Selena Gomez but I was readin this and it said about the two boyfriends and I think Selena was jealous or something because Miley liked Nick first and Demi liked Taylor first and maybe is wanted something Demi wants or something but I think Demi and Miley are great together. If Selena and Demi don’t wanna be friends I guess thats fine but sometimes to me Selena kinda wants to follow what other people do. Sorry Selena fans I didn’t mean to be really mean but I just had to say that because thats what I thought I like Sel too.
From xMewxTigressx I agree with most of it but Sel and Miley don’t fight over him anymore because Miley has a awesome boyfriend now and Miley shouldn’t get dragged into Taylor’s web of fame cuz its not worth the time. Taylor and Selena shouldn’t be dissing Demi cuz that was Sel’s best friend and now it’s Demi’s fault for saying ask Taylor Swift. I think this is pretty stupid though cuz Demi has Miley and Selena has Taylor that good enough.
