David Archuleta won three 2009 Teen Choice Awards tonight! Yeay!

- Choice Music: Breakout Artist. That’s amazing!
- Choice Music: Love Song
- Choice Tour Music w/ Demi Lovato
Currently David is on tour with Demi Lovato, and neither of them could make it to the Teen Choice Awards – aww! But we bet David was super excited when he found out he won!

YYYYYEEESSSS! Congratulations David! you deserve this and so much more!!! David Archuleta is amazingly talented! these are going to be his first awards of many, MANY, many more to come!! I’m so happy for David! I love all his songs but my favorites are “Somebody Out There”, “A Little Too Not Over You”, “Don’t Let Go”, “Works For Me”, ” Zero Gravity” LOL! all of them!

Congrats to David James Archuleta on his three (3) wins at the ‘09 TCA. You totally deserve them, and I was more than happy to be a small part of those who agreed. David Archuleta is, “The Real Deal”, “The Voice” and “IT”. David Archuleta “The Prince of Pop” is capable of bringing to one concert young and old, male and female, Black and White (his fanbase is far from simply tweens and teens). David Archuleta’s voice is matched only by his sterling character. What a joy it is to be a fan of this exquisite creature’s.
Jive/Zomba, you have a tiger by the tail; it’s about time you respected that.

Congrats David!!! Where ya gonna put those 3 surfboards?
He is totally awesome in everyway. It’s so hard to pick a favorite because every song is unique from his debut album, Crush will always top the list though, and My Hands, Barriers, Don’t Let Go, A little too not over you, then there is Waiting on Yesterday, but you have to get the Itunes deluxe version to get that song. Why not just put all his songs on one album? oh well
It is VERY hard to choose a favorite song by David Archuleta. Hmmm, in concert I love to hear Barriers, Don’t Let Go and Zero Gravity. Then for ballads Somebody Out There and You Can can’t be beat. Oh my heck, I love them all!
David is amazing and his fans really really love and care for him. David you were amazing to win all 3 categories you were in. It is great you won more than anyone in the music category…YAY! Maybe next year you will be nominated again and can attend and maybe perform. I know I for one am ready to see anyone other than the Jonas Bros. and Miley on there….It is the same every year…TCA please have someone else on there next year.

He deserved those three teen choice awards, and I’m so happy for him and for his fans. Choosing a favorite song is hard… I’ll stick with originals rather than covers to narrow it down.I like Somebody Out There. And Zero Gravity. And Barriers. And Your Eyes Don’t Lie. So there … four favorites. LOL.
Congrats to David. Finally a teen singer rather than a teen performer has won. I do not have a favorite song. Whatever David sings is my favorite. When he sings a cover, the song no longer belongs to the original singer, but it becomes David’s song. I also like to see winners at the TCA who are age appropriate, and David certainly fits that bill.

What’s my favourite David Archuleta song? That’s a tough one. My Hands and Your Eyes Don’t Lie on his CD are amazing. Everyone really needs to hear these songs…you can download from itunes. Angels live is unreal, and Crush is the perfect love song! Bubbly live is amazing as well! Zero Gravity, his quasi dance number with a techno back beat is so much fun that you can’t sit still. Ask me something easier!

My favorite song changes from day to day..As David would say “I don’t really have favorites”……. I do love Barriers, Touch my Hand, Desperate, You Can, Works for Me, and I also love the covers he does, such as Bubbly, Angels, Thousand Miles, and I’ll Be.

It was sad to not see David on TCA but so great that he won. I can’t pick a favorite song. Anything he sings is my favorite when I hear it. Just love to hear him sing!
David stole my heart when he sang Imagin on AI7, & have been a loyal fan since, and no I’m not a teenager or a grandma. I don’t even have kids LOL, I’m a 31 year old woman who has converted some of my friends and family LOL. I’ve seen him live 3 times and his voice is simply amazing! He totally deserves the recognition, and i am so proud of him! He is such a great role model for the young fans who look up to him! He is truley an artist because people of all ages can relate to his music. My absolute favorite song is Running! Can’t get tired of listening to it! I also love Zero Gravity and Dont let Go!

Even though I am a senior, David has touched my soul with his singing. I feel connected, spiritually, to him where age doesn’t matter. Imagine and Angels are the songs that I enjoy when David sings them. Yes, the spiritual euphoria that I feel when David sings is beautiful.

My favorite absolute favorite song of anything David has sang is ‘Desperate’. I feel so honored to ask him if he would ever sing it when I attended his Frenso VIP last month and by george he sung it this month. Life is very good! I also love, love, love, ‘Your Eyes Don’t Lie’, ‘You Can’, and ‘Zero Gravity’. Actually I enjoy EVERYTHING David has sang to date. DA’s GOT IT GOIN’ ON!!!

Congratulations David it is about time that an artist with vocal ability who is most deserving has won these awards. Would love to see you perform on the TCA’S next year. There is not one song on David’s cd that I do not listen to over and over. Hearing David sing them live is just amazing. My favorites are (Imagine) Somebody Out There, Barriers, My Hands, Running, Works For Me, Zero Gravity. His cover during the AI Tour of When You Say You Love Me did it for me. Fan for Life. I’m so happy for David Archuleta and his fans! He’s a great talent and I love him! I’m like David in that I can’t pick a favorite. I like different songs at different times and can listen to any of them over and over. But, I have asked some friends that went with me to his concert and they LOVED Zero Gravity and said it was a favorite for them.
