Zac Efron Being Sued For Car Accident

A lawsuit has been filed in Beverly Hills by Katie Porter – a woman claiming that she was rear ended by a cab car that was pushed into her own vehicle after being hit by Zac Efron’s car.

According to the Small Claims Court report, Katie did not recognize Zac at the time – um…what hole did she crawl out of then? Doesn’t everybody recognize Zac?!

The accident happened back in June of 2006 and Katie is asking for over $3,000!

We’re pretty sure that if this was Zac’s fault he would have paid up back then. No word yet from Zac’s spokespeople.
