Disney singer and actor Jesse McCartney has a new girlfriend, 27-year-old Jasmine Waltz! The two were spotted in Malibu, California on August 29th having fun on the beach and in the water.
It seems that Jesse and Jasmine have been dating for a while now, having been spotted a month ago on a dinner date.
Jasmine had previously dated American Idol host Ryan Seacrest.
