The Walt Disney Company has announced that it has reached a deal to acquire the Wideload Games Inc video game manufacturer.
The company created the game Halo for Microsoft’s Xbox console. No word yet on how much the Disney Company has spent on this purchase.
The deal follows the deal the Walt Disney Company made for $4 billion to acquire the Marvel Entertainment company.
Wideload Games will now be run by Disney’s Interactive Studio.
