New Muppets Movie “The Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made”

In 2004 the Jim Henson company made a deal with the Walt Disney Company for the use of their Muppet characters, and the deal still continues today.

Disney just announced at the D23 Expo that there will be a new Muppet film. We totally saw this coming after we told you all that the upcoming campaigns promoting the Disney theme parks included the Muppet characters!

The new Muppet movie will be titled “The Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made.”

Actor Jason Segal from “How I Met Your Mother” and “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” will play a lead role in the film alongside the wide array of Muppet characters. Jason will also be writing the movie script.

The plot of the film revolves around the Muppets working with Jason to create a film, cheaply.

   I know Jason Segal is in the muppet moive but hope disney channel stars will be in the Muppet Moive too like Emily Osment, Miley Cyrus, Mitchel Musso, Debby Ryan, Dylan Sprouse, Cole Sprouse, Sterling Kinght, David Henrie, Brenda Song, Jake Austin, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and more
