After the Disney Channel saw the amazing ratings it got from creating a Disney Channel Original Movie around the popular television series “Wizards of Waverly Place,” it is hoping to do something similar with its other popular show “The Suite Life On Deck.”
While the show will not be made into a Disney Channel Movie (bummer!), it will have a one hour debut special on October 2nd!
The special is titled “Suite Life On Deck: Lost At Sea” and will be part of a larger campaign to promote the show. The campaign will last for a week and will highlight previous episodes from the Disney Channel Original Series.
In the episode the Suite Life characters find themselves stranded on a deserted island and they have to use survival tactics while they wait to be rescued!
