Woah. We don’t think this was necessary at all! Poor Taylor.
Watch the video above to see how Taylor is SO excited to win an MTV Video Music Award and in the middle of giving her speech Kanye West jumps on stage and tells the crowd that Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time – AKA Beyonce should have won.
Taylor is speechless afterward and doesn’t say ANYTHING! We feel SO bad for her.
This is what Kanye posted on his blog last night:
“I’M SOOOOO SORRY TO TAYLOR SWIFT AND HER FANS AND HER MOM. I SPOKE TO HER MOTHER RIGHT AFTER AND SHE SAID THE SAME THING MY MOTHER WOULD’VE SAID. SHE IS VERY TALENTED! I LIKE THE LYRICS ABOUT BEING A CHEERLEADER AND SHE’S IN THE BLEACHERS! …………………… I’M IN THE WRONG FOR GOING ON STAGE AND TAKING AWAY FROM HER MOMENT!…………….. What do you think about this? Now every time Taylor looks at the award she won she is going to think back to this, and we don’t think that’s fair to her! We love her!

I have been teaching High School kids for 20 years and what Kanye did was not acceptable!!! I have deleted him from my and my kids MP3’s and will NEVER buy his music no matter how much I like it!!! What he did to taylor swift is un acceptable!!!!!!!!!

oh my god kanye, that was the worst apology ever. like really, you just dont do that. what an a hole! i am never buying his music again! that was very classy of beyonce to get her back on stage though. i hate kanye! and i think he is going to lose many fans over this.
