Disney Star Miley Cyrus’ father, Billy Ray Cyrus, has just singed on to act in a made-for-television movie on the Hallmark Channel.

The movie is a Holiday Film about a friendship that grows between two boys of different races in the 1960s and how they bond together when they care for a hurt puppy.
