The Walt Disney Company is now offering a free park admission pass to 1 million volunteers.
This new program is titled “Give a Day, Get a Disney Day” and will provide a one-day park ticket to certified volunteers good for any park at the Walt Disney World or Disneyland theme parks in 2010.
The hopes of this program is that the volunteer will get in for free, but bring their friends and family with them who will be purchasing tickets.
In addition, those getting in for free will be spending money on food and products while inside the parks.
Of course the other objective of the promotion is to encourage participation in volunteer work.
All volunteers must register online with Disney, must live in the United States or Canada, must be 18 years or older and must do the volunteer work in 2010.
