Demi Lovato responded to Miley Cyrus’ Twitter post of a picture of the two friends along with the text “Now this is what true friendship looks like. None of that hollywood crap. @ddlovato I miss you =]” by responding with another picture of the duo saying: “I love this. very true. THAT is what a TRUE friendship looks like.”

Soon afterward Demi Tweeted: “Yeah.. It’s just kind of hard to miss somebody that I don’t know anymore.” We’re assuming this was in response to her fans asking her about whether or not she missed ex BFF Selena Gomez.

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton got the story totally wrong – saying that Demi was Tweeting about not knowing Miley. But that’s not right, and Demi said so herself: “Hahahahahaaha too bad that’s not who I was talking about. Nice one guys.”

So would you agree that Demi was Tweeting about Selena when she said it’s hard to miss somebody that you don’t know anymore? Because that would be our guess!
