What kind of father takes to Twitter to tell his daughter how he feels? The entire Cyrus family has been affected by the constant media attention and I fear that it has addled their brains. I personally think Liam was right about Miley being off Twitter. Clearly, she and rest of the Cyrus family don't know how to use it responsibly, so it's probably best they avoid it altogether.
