This is fantastic! We all know the story of Willy Wonka, and now Justin Bieber is doing something very similar with the upcoming release of his album!
The album, titled “My World,” comes out on November 17th – and one album will be packaged with an exclusive Golden Ticket. That ticket will get a fan into a private concert with Justin – wow!
