Over a year ago the Walt Disney Company acquired a business called Ideal Bite for $20 million. The company offers green-living tips via a newsletter and the company website and is now being folded into the Disney Interactive Media Group.

There have been no staffing decisions made of yet, so it is unclear if Idea Bite’s employees will be laid off or if they will work for the Walt Disney Company after the merger.
