Debby Ryan, along with her Disney Channel Original Series “The Suite Life On Deck” co-stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse, attended the 16th Annual Dream Halloween Event.

The event was held at the Barker Hanger at the Santa Monica Airport last night.

Debby Tweeted about her outfit: “You guys wanna see the costume that I improvised?! I didn’t want anything skanky, but it had to be fun, comfy, and original..My alter ego, Dee Ry. You liiike? &the best part? I already owned all of these pieces. [except Chase's jeans!]”
