A 53-year-old man in Georgia was accused of stalking Miley Cyrus while she was filming her movie “The Last Song.”

He was jailed in August, although recently he was released and is out and about living his life again.

We hope for Miley’s sake that she has filed a restraining order on the man and that he pays attention to it and avoids her.
