“Rock of Ages” is currently a musical on Broadway that is in the stages of getting the movie treatment. Rumor has it that Adam Shankman would like to cast Miley Cyrus in the musical film.

Adam worked with Miley on her last movie “The Last Song,” as well as directed her awesome music video for “Party In The U.S.A.”

Miley could not be a worse fit for Rock of Ages. This is a very adult show. No 16 yo has any business being in it. To fit her into the show it would have to be completely rewritten thereby destorying a really great show that has been loved and enjoyed by thousands on B’way. Very sad.
