Remember back when Miley Cyrus took a picture in which her and the majority of the people in the photo pulled the corners of their eyes to make them look squinty?
Well, a lawsuit was filed against Miley by Lucie Kim who claimed that Miley violated a law that prohibits businesses from discriminating against minorities.
Just last week a judge determined that the lawsuit should be thrown out, because Miley herself is not a business, and therefore Miley did nothing illegal.

It’s pretty much racist that people made such a big deal about it. Billions of otehr teens do that, yest Miley’s the one getting sued.
Let’s put it this way, what she did was wrong.
She should be more careful and not ridicule people for their looks. God made people differently for a very good reason. Her actions could lead to more people being brazenly rude and hurting innocent people’s feelings. There are some gorgeous Asian American’s out there, it’s just you don’t see them as much.
Lilly (Emily Osment) did her eyes that way in the Hannah Montana show opening video causing her eyes to squint. big stinking deal. Even if it was true, in the picture, the others are asian. wouldn’t it be silly to sue her when other asians are also doing it. $8 billion lawsuit is greedy. who gets all that money if she won? Smart judge to throw that out. Only an idiot would rule in her favor. Besides as stated above she is a person hanging out with friends when she is not doing “official” Hannah Montana, Disney, ect related events. Hannah Montana is a fictional character under the Disney copyright. If she were doing a concert or dressed as H.M. it might be different.
Making a big deal of racism and racist behavior is a just as pointless as the racism itself.
It’s not the point of “everyone else does the squinty eyed thing” it’s that HANNAH/MILEY does it. “Everyone else” isn’t a role model to thousands of little girls on this planet. Answer me this. Say miley/hannah gets upset one day and shoots someone a bird. Everyone else does it! so because everyone else does it it’s ok for hannah/miley to show this to all these little people… yea i didn’t think so.
