Wow! Sounds like we have to set up a trip to Hong Kong to check this out in a couple years!
Hong Kong’s Disneyland will be adding a Toy Story themed land which could open as early as 2011. Think “Honey I Shrunk The Kids” playland at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but way cooler!
The land will consist of oversized Tinker Toys, Lincoln Logs, Dominos, and more! Including Toy Story characters.
This themed land is part of a $500 million expansion at the Hong Kong Disneyland park.
There will also be numerous rides added to the Toy Story land, including a Green Army Men-themed parachute drop, a Slinky Dog-themed caterpillar ride, and an RC Racer-themed shuttle coaster.
If you can’t wait to see this Toy Story themed land until 2011, you’re in luck! An identical land is opening at the Walt Disney Studios in Paris in June 2010.

In a recent interview, Timbaland stated that he thinks Miley Cyrus will be the next Justin Timberlake.
He said: “Man, she’s gonna be like Justin [Timberlake]. She comes from that same musical background, where she’s just got it. Her voice is just there. The best way to put it is she’s special. When I worked with her, I was very impressed. I was like, ‘Whoa.’”
Would you agree?

Mickey Mouse will be floating down the streets of New York this Thanksgiving dressed as a sailor.
Sailor Mickey will be representing the Disney Cruise Line at this years 83rd Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade for the first time ever!
Not only will Sailor Mickey be a balloon at this years parade, his plush toy is available for purchase at all of the Macy’s stores in the United States, as well as online at Macys.com.
Disney has been promoting its Cruise Line a lot lately, especially by adding a new ship to the line, the Disney Dream ship (we have to admit, we LOVE the name!).
Disney’s Cruise Line President, Karl Holz, had this to say about the parade this Thanksgiving: “Watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with family and friends is an American tradition. We are thrilled to have the Sailor Mickey character join this iconic event and share our excitement about Disney Cruise Line and the new Disney Dream cruise ship joining our fleet in 2011.”
Will you be watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this year?
