But how does a 17-year-old Miley Cyrus get a tattoo? If it’s real it means her parents gave consent for it.

Yeah everyone has their own opinions and some people don’t like tattoos which is fine but that doesn’t give you a right to look down on someone who does..Reality check sweethearts you’re not any better then someone who does have tattoos. does it really matter. Shes almost an adult and no little kid will know about it unless they look it up. She has a right to do whatever she wants just like anyone else.
